If you have placed a video or film reel transfer order with us that contains images of long lost family members or friends, we have the ability to grab still images and save them for you.
Depending on the quality of the original footage, the photos are originally suitable for 4 x 6 printing, however, we have restoration partners who can take these photo grabs and do wonders turning them into keepsake masterpieces.
Depending on your wishes and your budget, we are the beginning of a process that can make wonderful gifts and keepsakes for family, loved ones, and friends.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
1. If you already have a video file to email us or we are working on a transfer job for you, just review the video and identify for us the person you want us to capture still photos of. You can tell us the timestamps in the video that you want us to focus on.
2. If you only have a video or camcorder tape or film reel, you must first separately purchase the transfer service of those items so we can produce the video file for you to review, and then purchase this link and tell us that it will coincide with your transfer order.
WHAT YOU GET
You will get up to 25 still images of the person you identified grabbed from the video or film reel. These will be given to you as JPEG files that you can download.
You will also have the option to upgrade to have any of them artistically restored.
Those options and price points will be discussed when we are able to determine what else is possible from the quality of the original.
